Convert Power Point To Flash

I have a 20 slide power point presentation that I would like converted to a flash presentation for online.
The PP has music enbedded. It has a single picture on most all slides.
I have a background picture for my website that I would the flash to use as its background. So each of the slides in PP will appear over my background photo. Then the TEXT will appear on top of the photo.
Your work must be delivered in a format ready to load as an Index page on a website with an exit page when the visitor clicks on the last page of the PP flash presentation. Also enbed an option to REPLAY the flash on last page.
