Scrape Monstercom 2 Oscommerce

Need to scrape a Monster commerce site to an osCommerce site.
Would like a php script to scrape/extract a Monstercommerce site (categories, products, images) to an osCommerce 2.2rc2a site.
- Basically source target has same products as target, and I don’t want to have to manually copy/paste each one.
Looking for a person that has this script already instead of rewriting a new one.
Can be a one time thing, or script to be used again later.
Wanting a simple entry (either in script or web based):
source site, target site, target db, username, password.
Will provide more information if needed.
