Hi.
Need to have made an application to be installed on my Joomla 1.5 site.
This program will provide those customers who log onto our site to make one or more folders to store projects on our server / website under their company name. This folder is ONLY the individual customer who logs into who should have access to.
The default folder that already should be available when they log in for the first time will be: “my projects”
Type of files they should be able to save in this folder are: photos of their corporate logo. Word and pdf files.
This program will provide our customers who are logged into our site access to our forms that we have written in Word.
When the customer choose one of our forms. This forms should open up in some text writer on our website.
They will then be able to easily fill out these forms inside our webpage.
They will not be able to download the forms.
When they are finished filling out the forms. They will be able to print out the form and save it in a separate folder on our server / Website. ex “my projects”
In addition, they will easily be able to add their own corporate logo on the forms that they fill out.
Our Original forms as the editor should NOT be changed and saved in any way by our customers. They should only be able to be saved as a copy with their choosen name in their own folder.
They must also like other simple CRM functions in the program, such as storage of partners. Phone number of partners. Something like the free program projectfork: http://www.joomlapraise.com/free-joomla-extensions/project-fork-2.0-for-joomla-1.5.x.php.
