WordPress Caldenar-like Plugin

I am a teacher in need of a calendar-like wordpress lesson plan book. The idea is that teachers can post their lesson plan information into a calendar with custom fields. Lesson plans should also be able to be categorized by classes. Also, it is important that files be able to be attached to lesson plan information. Could be adapted from existing calendar plugins, or created from scratch, so that lesson plan titles can be viewed in a nice calendar layout.
