Graphics Designer Website

I am looking for someone who can work with us on an ongoing basis. I need a designer to help us with things such as label designing, website images, website pages….just about everything.
I want to use this person on a daily basis and I pay weekly.
I have a full time developer who will be the interface with this person.
Most important I need someone who is dependable…I would like to see samples of your work. I want to know your rate etc.
