Graphic Needed – Asap

I need a simple custom graphic designed in two sizes: 120×90 and 88×31
Since this cannot be scaled down easily I will need two separate (but similar) designs.
I will REQUIRE A MOCKUP before accepting any bid. No exceptions.
Payment will be made upon completion of graphic. Would like final graphics in .psd or .ai format — they must be layered and scalable.
If you bid and send me a PMB that is just a copy-and-paste introduction I will IGNORE YOU. You must show that you have READ this post and UNDERSTAND what I want. If you’re not willing to make a mockup to win my bid then do not bother bidding or PMBing.
