Email To Excel Macro

I need a small macro that adds new data to a excel spreadsheet every time an email is received with “Update data” in the subject line. I am currently using Excel 2003 and Microsoft Outlook 2003. I’m familiar with MS macros and VB and need help on this one. The emails will always be structured in the same format and will consists of about 8 cells of data.
