NOTE: The site was originally done in some other custom coded type thing. So you will need to removed that code entirely. Someone made it by themselves so it has a lot of clitches, and I’m not sure how it effects the pages. Bottom line is it needs to be removed before the software is implemented.

FIGHT

Require a flash screen which contains 3 tabs with MySQL as the database. This flash is required to integrate with Facebook. Fight module is a fighting among player or among group (with max of 300 players in a group) based on each player attack and defense skill points. Different weapons and armors will increase attack and defense skill points respectively. Attacker or defender who has more attack and defense skills points will win the competition. It also goes same to fighting among group.

We have a file reference upload set up and working uploading to a PHP script on an apache server.
It’s a multiple upload script with FileReferenceList and a PHP script that moves the files and inserts to database.

The file upload works well using Win XP (IE, Firefox, Opera).

On the Mac (safari, Mozilla), we get IOErrors, the files won’t upload. the screen just stalls. There is no authentication necessary, nor are there any restrictions for filenames etc. as the documentation suggests.

We’re not starting sessions, as we got errors that way, too. We tried on several machines all with latest flash player installed, it works on the PC, doesn’t on the mac.

We tried on two different servers, I even removed all PHP code from the upload script just to make sure it’s not a server-side problem, so obviously there is something awkward happening on the Mac.

We need an experienced PHP programmer for a quick job creating a webmaster-side interface for adding, removing and managing links on a link directory website. The interface will then need to be integrated into 2 websites, with slightly different layouts. Key features are that the webmaster must be able to:

- quickly change the order and rank of links;

- add an delete links at any rank position;

- add new categories heading lists of links within pages;

- generate new pages of links, assigning them a title;

- upload and offload data spreadsheets of all of the links (.xls format) with separate cells for the link name and URL, as a data management option. In other words, management can add or take away links, add categories, delete categories, on the spreadsheet, upload the spreadsheet, and the changes to the links, categories, link order, etc. are reflected on the website; and

- A secure sign-in (username and password) for management to access and control the database.

The feature that is missing is the bonus feature of the game (“Party Pick”). The general design for the bonus feature is already done and is integrated in the flash. When three or more matching symbols on adjacent reels shows the game should initiate the bonus feature. You click the items on the screen to reveal multipliers, the feature ends when “Collect” is revealed. If “Collect” is revealed first then you win all multipliers.

As I said, the design is done, this job is about programming the missing pieces in flash and in php.
