Customer can login through the front end and submit ticket too.
Tickets can be replied.

2. Only admin and the creator of ticket who can reply the ticket.
3. The ticket can be replied again if it is not closed. if it is closed it can be open again.
4. I don’t need email to be sent when ticket created. But when there is a reply, the customer needs to know this.

Hello, My name is Lendell Oliver. I would like to hire you to fix, update and apply a new skin to a DNN website. The site currently has an User Accounts error after host or Admin login. The site should be updated to version 5.1.4. The website may need to be recreated by cutting and pasting the content into a new site installation.
This project should take no more than a few hours to complete. It is very straight forward.
You will not need to provide content. The content already exists for the site.
You will not need to provide images for the site. All images already exist.
I will provide a backup of the database and also a backup of the website code.
You will need to fix the error under User Accounts (Error: User Accounts is currently unavailable.) and then upgrade the site or recreate the site under a clean v5.1.4 install. A new skin which we will purchase will need to be applied to the site. The site will no longer be hosted on our servers, but on a 3rd party DNN host which has not yet been identified.
This is an easy project. My budget is $75.

Looking for an experienced programmer to create a program that will allow me to be able to locate a PDA or phone within an area using wireless routers and possibly signal strength to triangulate the location of an object on digital a map.
For example:
a large warehouse has 4 wireless routers, a,b,c,d in opposite corners. we have a map of the warehouse and we insert this image into the program. We then walk around using a pda to calibrate the program based on signal strengths. Say if router or access point A has 70% signal, B has 40%, and C and D both have 30% we can register this with a program. So if we want to locate a PDA on a premisis, we can look on a digital map to get an approximate location.

In link directory they should be able to rate/comment on links. Alternativley I would like users to be able to login with openid for all three (phpbb/wpress/phpld) and only login once to access all services. Ie – they log into the phplink directory and can make posts in the forum.

I would like to have simple EA that will place Limit or Stop Order with profit target and stoploss.
As price moving down/up, limit/stop order entry will re-adjust by xx pip increment.
Example: Current price is 1.3950
I want use EA to open buy limit order at 1.4000 with SL = 50 pips and TP = 50 pips If price goes up to 1.4000, EA will open as above.
However, if price keep going down to 1.3900, I want EA to trail my order entry from 1.4000 buy limit order to 1.3950 buy limit order. (xx pip increment)

I need some professional in vbulletin, reliable and serious who can do 3 things within hours after acceptance of project:
1) Categories in VBulletin forum: There are second and third level forums (child forums). The problem with them is that members can create “new Threads” on the same level where second or third level forums are located. I want members to create threads IN those forums not “next” to them. We already changed “Act as Forum: No” which resulted in completely messing up the design and confusing visitors so this solution is NOT an option!
2) Forum width: Since we messed with issue 1 the forum width has changed. Its too wide now and I want it back to its original width (with vbulletin default template)
3) VBulletin is currently on subdomain while old phpbb is still on main domain: This needs to be exchanged from Vbulletin moving to main domain and phpbb temporarily moved to the sub domain (until we dont need it anymore)
This needs to be done asap!
