1. When i see my web in 800 x 600 resolution, my header background is not looking fluid, but it should be fluid and it looks fine in other resolutions. Please see the attached picture

I am running an e-commerce site (CubeCart 3.0.17) and I am experiencing a limitation in the number of simultaneous connections with the sql database. My server provider says only 15 simultaneous connections per user is allowed, and there is no way they can raise that number.
However, there can be a workaround since I can create more users in the db.
So the challenge here is to create some kind of coding in Cubecart that detects when the maximun amount of connections is reached and then switches over to another user.

We are wanting to develop an online game. This part of the project is to “create the world” NOT the whole game. THIS PROJECT is just the beginning work of the game, not the whole game.

The “World” is a square shape. Similar to a new terrain in sim city when you choose your land spot.

You have all the little squares across the land, like a grid.

This virtual “World” would need to be 1,000 squares by 1,000 squares. (1,000 X 1,000) Each square is a virtual plot of real estate.

In the game there will be a main city in the middle taking up about 25X25 plots of land, Everything else would be available for development by other players. they can buy their plot of land and put stuff on it. Then they go to “their square” to add their house or whatever they want to add to it. They buy stuff from the main city in the middle.

I am wanting to get this “virtual world” built and the server setup to handle the game. I am not wanting to develop the small intricacies of the game yet. That will come later. This project is to lay the ground work out and if you do well we can work further.

Ok I have a program that is written in Visual Basic (I have the source code) and I need a php script written that I can place on my server that will interact with it. You will need VB code experience and PHP.

Right now the program uses proxies to post messages on twitter. I am wanting to place a script on my site in php that will allow the program to make calls to it AND will post the messages on twitter THROUGH MY SERVER using the php script instead of going through proxies.

So, the program takes XXX data and instead of placing it on twitter through the proxies, it will now have the option to use the php script instead. You will need to add the option into the program to allow this function AND make the PHP script that can call to it.
