Signups For Auction Site

We have started auction website and now need users before we can market it properly. Our site doesnt charge any selling or buying fees, in short it is totally free site except for user verification which is also not mandatory, (but email validation is required.).
Our requirement is that we need minimum of 200 users with item listing of nearly 1000. We need signups only from India ( No other country accepted), do not that our system verifies and track every IP address so no FRAUD, if we found you are doing fraud or are using some illegal methods we will terminate your account and no payment will be made.
In short
1. Require minimum 200 users with minimum 1000 listings.
2. Signups from India only.
3. NO FRAUD OR ILLEGAL SIGNUPS.(We use advance tracking system)
4. Time frame is 20-30 days.
5. If you are able to do this we will give you more projects (around 5-6)
6.If user gets verified we will pay you more per user.(Bonus)
This work is suitable for somebody from India and they will be given preference, please note we are looking for long term relationship.
