Website Header-logo-banner

I need a logo, website header and 2 banners designed for my website, mommytalk.co.za.
The website header should fit into the area at the top of my site where it currently says mommytalk.co.za.
You will also design 2 moving banners (gif)
The theme of the website is about mothers and children.
I will expect to see some examples before I award the winning bidder.
PLEASE DO NOT BID HIGHER THAT THE BUDGET MAX ($20) IF you do so your bid will be reported.
