U R G E N T ! I am looking for a lottery-coupon-purchasing web-site / script.
The best example of what I have in mind would be www.lottostarz.com, www.thelotter.com, or www.congalotto.com ( the best description of what the site of that kind would be offering can be found at http://hubpages.com/hub/About-CongaLotto-FAQs ).
Another good example would be www.playeuromillions.com although thelotter.com or congalotto.com are – at this point in time – way too big, comparing to my plans. The script that I have in mind would offer coupons of Powerball, Megamillions, and three (3) state lotteries ( NY, NJ, and CT ).
There would need to be, however, “space” for further development / addition(s) of other lotteries. The script would need to include the payment system, coupon-printing capabilities, and e-mail system.
