Php/mysql Forms

I have a real estate agent directory and I am needing 3 additional forms created. Specifications and layout for each can be found by clicking on the following links:
(1) The first form is for registering:

(2) The second form is for logging in:
http://featured.agentpreview.com/login/
(3) The third form is to submit a listing:
http://featured.agentpreview.com/listing/
Since these forms are very similar to ones that are already in use in the directory I would like to maintain coding “continuity” and use the same validation script, etc. unless you think you have a better solution that should be incorporated in all of my forms.
