Need A WordPress Blogsite
NEED A WORDPRESS BLOG SITE!
Looking for a customized WP blog.
I want a two-column style.
I will supply you with a custom header,
I will supply you with a custom opt-in box graphic
I will supply you with the list of pages to be added (5-6)
I will supply a full photo-shop mock up so you see what it is that I want
Simple job for a person who has great WP knowledge.

Although the graphic above the opt-in box will be different and the header/name will be different, the site should have all the same exact features. Including the type of link structure on the right side column.
It will have all the identical features, Opt-In Box, Off site links, Lists of Recent or Popular Blog opics, RSS feeds, Bookmarking ability, Spaces for Ads (that I create) on the right hand column, social networking badges, etc.
Site will have green/black background, as you will see in my mock up.
I need a developer to work my developer here in the states and tell her where to change/update things as we want to change it.
$$$ is a factor, Time is a factor, professionalism is a factor. Love to have this done in 24-48 hours. By Sunday would be best. I’m trying to get this done at a fair price. If I can find the right developer, I have much more work for them.
I will supply you will the opt-in database html for the auto-responder as well.
