Magento Design Expert Needed

We need a Magento Design expert(s). You must be able convert other shops to Magento, be able to design adn implement from psd files. install mods etc.
If you are expensive, don’t bother bidding. Im looking for some company/ or person with hight design skills, also not so expensive, since we talking about a long term bussiness here.
I already have 2-3 jobs ready to go.
1. convert a shop to magento
2 and 3 design from psd files.
You must have good english skills, and online most of the time while we work on the projects (Skype it must)
I need to see some magento work, show me what u did.
