LEAD SITE PROJECT REQUIREMENTS
This is a short version of the bid document. Owner will provide the detailed specifications after he determines who he will be working with after he receives the references from the professional; depending on the professional’s bid price and (more strongly) his references.
1.Project should be completed with the latest stable version of Joomla (no Beta versions allowed)
2.There will be no outgoing links from the site (i.e. powered by Joomla, designed by webmaster.com, etc)
3.Developer will install the site in working condition into the owner’s hosting account
4.Template of the site should be similar to http://osc.template-help.com/joomla_24718/
4.1.This template is just to show the layout of the site. Suggestions for other templates are welcome
4.2.Real site may require further modifications
5.Site should take the leads generated from various sites and store the relevant information in a database. Following webpages show the forms and the relevant data that needs to be saved to the database:

6.Data indicated in Item # 5 will currently be coming from at least 10 sites. However, this will increase in time. Therefore the developer will have to design the site to improvise for this data flow whenever a new site is launched.
7.Site should consist of 4 parts:
7.1.Part # 1: Client Sign Up and Account Management
7.2.Part # 2: Lead Sales
7.3.Part # 3: Affiliate Program
7.4.Part # 4: Front End
PART # 1: CLIENT SIGN UP and ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
1.Clients who want to purchase leads should provide the following information to create their accounts:First Name, Last Name, Telephone Number, etc…
(a)Client should put the minimum charge (will be determined) or any amount higher than the minimum amount as a down payment.
i.When the client’s account-balance drops below the minimum amount, site should charge the client’s credit card automatically to bring the account balance to a minimum.
(b)Client should indicate the type of insurance leads that he is interested in.
(c)Account number should be created automatically
(d)Account should be created and an email should be sent to the client for verification
(e)Client should be able to revise his profile at any time (email, password, address, etc)
(f)Client should be able to add or delete type of leads that he signed up for
(g)Client should be able to see any previous leads that he purchased.
(h)Client should be able to close his account automatically and have any funds refunded to his credit card. After closing his account;
i.Client should stop receiving emails automatically
ii.Client should not be able to access his account any longer
(i)Owner should be able to suspend and/or close the client’s account any time.

PART # 2: LEAD SALES
1.When a lead is received from one of the sites, site should do the following automatically:
(a)Site should give an automatically generated number to the lead.
(b)Put a predetermined price on the lead depending on the type
2.When the client logs into his account, he should see the list of all available leads that he signed up for.
3.There should be an interface where the client can ask for a refund if the lead was bad

PART # 3: AFFILIATE PROGRAM
This is a typical affiliate program where people who like to generate income should be able to sign up, and get their affiliate number. Joomla affiliate extension can be used here.

2.SEO should be a priority for the developer
(a)Site should be provided optimized with tags, keyword optimization, page titles, robots, Sitemaps, etc.
(b)Keyword research should be completed by the developer and the options should be presented to the owner; owner is to select the keywords
(c)Content will be provided by the owner, yet it should be checked for optimization by the developer
3.Webmaster should also create/design the site’s logo
4.Developer should do a keywords analysis on the competitive companies
5.Home page should be divided in two sections.
(a)Upper section should have the pertinent content, links, pictures, etc.
(b)Lower section should have continuous listing of the incoming leads
6.Professional is responsible for providing pictures, graphs, photographs, Flash, etc to make the site user friendly as well as pleasing for the visitors.

MORE INFO
1.Site (including content, logos, names, coding, and/or anything else that makes the site complete and operational) will be owned by the owner once the last payment is made to the developer
2.There should be a 3 hour training session for the owner on any parts of the website
3.Final payment should be made after the training
4.Developer will release any rights of the site to the owner upon receiving the final payment
5.Developer must give 6 month warranty period to correct any errors in the site without any extra charge to the owner
6.Payments will be as follows:
(a)Half of the funds for each part will be deposited in an escrow account before that particular part starts
(b)When the professional makes sufficient progress for that particular portion (at least half of that portion), the other half will be deposited in the escrow account
(c)Owner will release the escrow when that portion of the site is finished
(d)Same process will continue for the rest of the parts of the site
(e)There will be no advances, prepayments, down-payments
(f)Please do not give me alternate payment schedules or requests in your bid.
If you don’t agree with this payment schedule, please do not bid this project
7.Professional can recommend a credit card processing service for this project, other wise PayPal will be used.
8.Professional will have to sign a NDA.
9.Professional has to give at least 4 Joomla references.
(a)These references will have to have contact info (name, tel, email, etc)
(b)Bids without references will not be accepted
10.Owner has a right to accept or reject any bid.
