Flash Overlay On Web Site

I have a flash intro. I need to overlay the intro over an html site so the intro is visible and web site is darkened but slightly visible. I also need a simple preloader that is in the pdf. I need the instructions for the overlay. So not too much work. Just some coding. I repeat the intro is done. I have attached a pdf of what I need that may be more clear. I will likely pick someone tomorrow for this job.
