Configure Video Software Red5

I’m trying to use the script at www.anova.tv and everything is working except for the video and audio aspects. Also for some reason email doesn’t get sent to newly registered users.
I have all the necessary requirements installed ie. red5, flvtool, mplayer for the video/audio features, however I believe there are some path issues or some other issues that don’t allow the video/audio to work.
So I would need you to fix the configuration for the script. I’m not good with linux/admin stuff but if you are, this should be a piece of cake.
