Basketball Template For .net

We need a Basketball Tournament template using the .NET framework. We will add the content but editable regions and CSS must already be established. The site will be used to advertise for a annual basketball tournament. Here are our requirements:
Colors: red, white, blue
Layout: Centered 3 column
Flash content header with customized with our motto.
