Banned From Adwords

We have had our Adwords account banned for a stupid reason. We now need someone to provide us a new way of advertising via Adwords, this might be:
Setting up a new account for us with advice that gets it to run without being banned again (fee will be paid once account has successfully run for 14 days)
Using your own account to run campaigns for us.
Or maybe you have another answer. Please PM me with your suggestion/idea and a bid.
