A Simple Flash

Hello there!
i need a flash like this: trustedtranslations dot com
-the guy’s picture will be changed.
-the flash size will be a bit shorter and wider(it will be placed in a narrow space)
-the flash will be in 2 different versions. The only difference will be the words flying there (picture, color and everything else will be exactly same)
-you need to install it in my website
-the flash position should be ”floatable”. In other words, when the text box extends, the flash should go down simultaneously. Not fixed in a spot.
