Zencart Php Action Script

I have admit this project is a challenging one. Only experienced php and action script programmer can handle it.
It is a large work that does take some time.
I am in urgent need of PHP and Flash designer to create human intractable flash program that will be integrated to zencart.
It will track visitor’s IP address and display local weather, temperature, time and flash animation accordingly. A highly trained team with plenty experience can handle this job
In the future, this program will be expanded dramatically, so I would like to keep this project to one person and have a long term business.
Again, it is very challenging and does take some time.
