WordPress Template Changing

This is a small project that requires making changes to a WordPress blog template from the original form to the same/exact shape, spacing and padding of the template on this blog – BMWBlog.com
I have no time to make the changes myself, very busy at the moment with other projects.
You can scrap the whole design of the current Template (WP Genius) and start from scratch only if you choose to, and it is what is required.
Requirements are:
You have to change the template to the website above BMWblog.com exactly including the widgets
W3C compliant.
