Three Simple Graphics

Hi, this should be a simple and quick progect for a designer.
I need three simple graphics developed for a software. Here’s the specification:
1. Splash screen graphic 400 wide x 240 tall
2. Background image 1000 wide x 700 tall
3. Install dialog box 164 wide x 314 tall
I’ll provide the photo for the background image
So as you can see this is a very simple project. It shouldn’t take and experienced designer an hour to complete.
Because I want the graphics FAST, my budget is $40
