Small Java Project

Attached is the source code for the Java.
Also there are 36 files and a test.html file that is the java code running properly. (if you unzip it all into one folder then it will all run)
What we need is to get the java to use files that contain 01 and 02 and 03 and up to 09 instead of the 1,2,3.. 9.
Our new system creates file numbers of 01 to 36 instead of 1 to 36 that this java code uses.
