Seo Recommendations Report

I need someone to review a simple site and write a report of SEO recommendations. I will supply an outline but you can add additional items if you have time and feel something is missing.
It’s very important that you have alot of experience with SEO and have a strong command of the English language.
I also need this report by morning which is in a few hours but the site is small and I am providing a template and outline so you should be able to focus on the content and just starting writing.
