Parser Script Required

Greetings. We are in need of a programmer to develop a script for us. The main purpose of the script would be as follows:
A- Visit web page and scrape certain links and photos from the page
B- Auto generate a landing page with above links and photos
c- Insert code snippet into the auto generated page
D- Create a blog post pointing to the generated page
This script should be able to work with WordPress. Please bear in mind that we have received competitive quotes for this project. Only the programmer with good reviews and reasonable rates will accepted. Auto generated bids will be ignored. Thanks for your time.
