Excel Macro Bug Fix

I have an excel macro that processes the data in a text file and outputs it to a CSV file. The macro worked about 6 months ago, the last time I processed the data. However, now I am trying to process an updated version of my raw data file and the macro is not working properly. Either the raw data file may have changed slightly or else there is a bug in the macro that is causing it to get stuck/process a part of the data incorrectly. I just need someone to take a look at the macro and fix the bug so that it works again.
