Build Web Part In Share Point

I need it as a WSP Package,
it should be built as an API around the SharePoint Survey List
It would be nice if the web part is built from scratch, following all the regular coding standards,but if you want to use the code from codeplex for the pollingwebpart, please make sure that you change all the namespaces, class, method names, as they have the authors name in them
