Tournament Site
We are creating a site similar to the following site…

However, our site will not involve submitting logos. It will involve submitting something text-based. We’re keeping confidential what users will actually be needing until we’ve awarded the job to someone. Again, it will function almost exactly like logotournament.com.
We will provide the logo and the text for the site, everything else will need to be done by the firm we select.
Need Backend / Frontend features, just to name a few: ajax sliders to describe the requested job, email alerts, comment system, Paypal pay-in pay-out features, etc.
Please use only open source: PHP / MySql / AJAX / CSS. No crypted code. All pages must be validated. All code must be commented.
