I have a social site: http://www.myonlinecommunity.net
I am no longer wanting this site due to a change of business partners. I know nothing about computer things really. It is a fully built, ready to go site that could possibly be an income builder to someone due to the different mods I have put on there such as business directory, gift, classifieds, auction-type mod, etc…
It cost me about $800 due to it being a phpfox.com script. It is licensed and everything. The license alone cost $300!
