Put Pieces Of Site Together

I’m willing to pay $50-100 for this work This must be done in 3 days or less.
I will be providing you with HTML/CSS for a design and will be supplying the content for the pages. THe site is only a few pages. Feel free to use PHP (header, footer, sidebar includes) or whatever you deem necessary to ease future maintenance of the site.
I will need you to add a wordpress blog to one of the pages.
