Part-time Zend Framework Dev.

I’m a proffessional web developer myself and I look for a person I can delegate part of my work to. First of all, I’m looking for Zend Framework developers, but a good knowledge of HTML,CSS,Javascript,AJAX is a big plus.
This is a part-time position 20hours/week. I need this to be 4 hours/day at the negotiated time and a programmer have to be online on skype during the work hours.
We’ll be working on the projects together, so daily commits to SVN are required.
