Easy Project If You Know Flash

I need to make the front page of www.ShotBong.com look more interactive. To do this, I want to make the three photos on the main page slide into their positions and also have the wording enter the page in a cool way.
I need work done on only the main page of this site, and only the left side of this page(from “Turn up the party” to “Order now for only 14.99!). Note, I also want to remove the bottom line that says, “Special offer…. 10% off!”
