Easy Image Customization

I need someone to customize an image that I already have.
The image must be 980pixels wide x 165pixels tall with
text & font that is already established.
I’ve attached the image that I need customized. Here’s
an example of what text I need, where, and what kind
of font I need it to look like the only difference is

This should be an easy job for anyone who has graphic
