Database Syncronization

I need two databases to sync instantly when any changes to an agents profile or listings is made, so that we only need to update one site only.One site is a portal site with lots of agents advertising, and the other site is a single company property site with a profile and listings on a portal site. both databases are on the same LAMP server.
