Clone Site Needed: Sistrain

Hello all,
We are needing a clone of the site, www.sistrain.com. This is a site that is targeted to Facebook app Sorority Life. The difference with our project is that we would like to have the same format, but targeted toward a similar Facebook app Mafia Wars. We would prefer to have it written in standard HTML with some Flash elements, but Sistrain.com is programmed in ASP. Let us know if this is possible.
Let us know ASAP what you can do! Also, if you have any working sites that are similar, that would be a plus.
