Twitter App To Post Rss Feeds

Twitterfeed is a great application. I am seeking something similar, but only for my own use. Graphics not needed. Twitterfeed can not be configured to spread postings out, they go every 30 minutes, 1 hour, 2 hours, etc. They are all posted at once. I want to be able to send postings to different twitter accounts a few minutes apart.
One solution would be an app that will post to twitter immediately, and I can write a back-end that will pass feeds on a schedule.
