Transfer Host Ruby Rails App

Hello,
I have a ruby on rails application hosted on a VPS server. I want to move it to a shared hosting server.
The code repository is on CVSDude.
You should be familiar with Ruby / Rails and comfortable with cvs.
Also there seems to be a problem in the script for sending emails. I would like to get this fixed.
