Modern 3d Logo

Hi,
Im looking for a 3d logo designer to design and make a logo for me.
I will only be paying the designer if i think the work they create is good enouph.
the work im looking for is like on pixellogo.com, thats the sort of quality i am looking for.
the design needs to be like the sony erricson logo so it can be adapted so when you click on it it will go like when you turn the sony erricson phone on, that sort of thing. but you do not have to do this.

If you could provide me with a personalised mock just for me to get make sure your right for this job. Use and colour scheme and just use the description above for a rough guide.
I would like my logo to look like the one attached.
