Entry Form For Web Site

I want to have Contact site. These are the features i want to have:
1) visitors are able to fill in a form, eg. their name, age, hobby etc. and being saved as a profile, so in future, they can login and edit their information.
2) visitors are able to search for people by the information provided by people who had registered, eg. age, hobby, gender etc. and send a request to the person.
3) a script/function that show who is the latest register or most click profile in the front page
4) a search form on the front page (index page)
i will discuss in detail after I’d chosen a programmer.
