Classified Ad System

Using PHP and MySQL, We need a classified ad system where users can post and view the data from other users.
– The system should incorporate or should be easily integrated into a Drupal user system (users/user_roles) and have hooks implemented where one can restrict a given user from performing a given action (post, view, comment, bid, etc)
– There are the following categories currently available: (and it should be relatively simple to ADD new categories)
Timeshare Rentals, Timeshare Sales, Vacation Homes, Campgrounds, RVs
