Template Design For Arcade
Hi, thank you for viewing my project.
I am looking for a PHPAS Template designer.

PHPAS Is an arcade script.
Scripted in PHP And html.
It is *VERY* Important you are familiar with PHPAS. As, 2 designers have already failed to complete this project.
I would like a nice clean template.
I like how the advertisements fit in nicely with the template on
http://www.newgrounds.com/
I like how when the cursor is over the buttons it explains where the button goes to.

Blue is a really nice color.
Search “blue” on google images and you’ll see some examples of how i would like my website theme to be. Nice clean and blue.
*VERY IMPORTANT*
You may NOT Steal any work.
All graphics must be 100% created by you.
The template should fully work with all the site functions.
And must be approved by http://validator.w3.org/
I would also like a nice header for the website
