Senior Programmer Needed

Advanced Programmer & Designer
We are looking for an advanced programmer with some design experience.
We require a designer to build us an online system as per our specs provided (although further detail may still need to be discussed). The system will require multiple separate backend’s/admins each with its own functionality. If also have more jobs available that maybe offered to the programmer if work and price is excellent.
The most important parts of all or projects are:Security, Reliability, Functionality, and Ease of Use (needs to simple enough that an 11 year old can use the system)
We are happy to hire the programmer by the job or by the month. Please state how you are bidding.
