Quick Xls To Image Conversions

I have 35 or so spreadsheets. I have attached a sample.
Each XLS has a photo and a title name. I need you to take the photo out of the XMLS and make it a jpg.
THe filename will be the name in the spreadsheet. The attached example would be Millenium Modern Collection 4 Panel Screen.jpg
No dashes, spaces in between the words. Do not include the dimensions. I will supply you with ftp info and you will work there. Dump all images in a directory called images.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1) Payment goes in escrow and is released when I am satisfied with your work
2) This must be done in 24 hours. If you cannot complete this in 24 hours, I am cancelling the project.
3) Do not bid if you have no feedback or 0 Feedback.
4) You will work on my server.
