Part Time Marketing Assistant
Virtual Marketing Assistant wanted for Music Recording Company.
THE JOB
You will work 6 hours per week (from home)
You will be assigned to one of our recording artists
You will liaise with DJ’s and Record Companies
You will manage the artist Facebook and MySpace account
You will support the artist as a virtual personal assistant
You will send emails on behalf of the artist
You will chase up emails and contact suppliers
You will organise diaries and make appointments for the artist
As a marketing assistant / personal assistant you will support the recording artist in all ways where communication, marketing, organisation and emails are concerned
REQUIREMENT
Must Speak Very Good English
Must Write Very Good English
Organised and meticulous
Ideally from marketing background
Must have regular access to the internet
Regular access to a phone
Music industry knowledge is a plus.
You will provide support on
Tuesday’s and Thursdays for 3 Hours per day
Long term contract possibilities.
