Listing Page Updates

Hello
I have a web site marketplace, very similar to the sitepoint marletplace script and I need a Few Changes to the Actual listing pages. You can view a listing page Here: http://www.webflipp.com/auction/5/
Ok..I need a section that shows seller information( SELLERS SCREEN NAME, FEEDBACK, MEMBER SINCE, IF THEY ARE VERIFIED OR NOT, CONTACT SELLER, AND THE SELLERS AVATAR.
I also need a system installed to VERIFY site Authenticity. Sitepoint had a system that the seller had to download a file and upload it to public html via cpanel or FTP and then it would verify they were the owner of that listing. Flippa has an automated system that Im unsure of the exact process for that system.
