Header And Opt In Box Design
What i need:
I need a header graphic and opt in box for my new wordpress blog. I need both the header graphic and the opt box to match in thier color pattern. (i also need to make the small strip above the header to match also)

In the header graphic i need the header to say the words “EasyMoneyWithMatt.com” and in the tagline i want it to say “It’s So Easy A 16 Year Old Could Do It”. In the Header i also want it to havea picture of me in cartoon form. The Cartoon does not have to be a perfect picture of me but should represent my basic features and excentuate the fact that i am a 16 year old.
Next i need a custom opt in box graphic done that will be put in the place of a widget. My autoresponder is aweber so the design will need to accomodate the functionality of aweber. The opt in box should have something that makes it stand out ( an arrow or vibrant color or something) and iit should have a picture of a report cover (see “jasonbetter.com” example below) The report cover should say “high school marketing” and there should be a button of some sort that says “100% free”

I would expect all of this to be look professional and very intriguing to all people who visit the site.

www.thefreebieguy.net – Notice how the color scheme looks really good with the backround of the blog and how the color scheme matches with the header and opt in box. Also notice the cartoon graphic, that is a good example of what i am looking for.
This blog uses the exact same template i am using on my blog so this is the best blog to look at for example perposes.

www.jasonbetter.com – Notice the really attractive opt in box with the picture of the report and color scheme as well as the cartoon graphic.
Requirements: I am going for a slightly “cartoony” look yet still very professional. (for examples read up) It needs to be easy on the eyes and very attractive. I would like for the designer to have some experience in this field and to have at least a few portfolio examples i could look at.
I would need this to be done any time in the next three weeks but obviously the sooner the better.
I really cant spend more than 100$ on this.
