Fly Out Menu

In a shopping cart website , i want that categories to be listed in left bar and then the products then fly out when we move mouse on the categories.
something like this:

the problem with above is , if text extends it doesnt work well and my text is bigger.
I will give URL of my site in PMB to those who are good with what they do.
css will be prefered on JS.
please note :
- it should work on all major browsers
- you will also integrate the links in the new menu.
I want to get started asap , please give related examples.
